I have a client that has the following problem.

When he opens any item (email, appointment, task, contact) in his Outlook a
audio clip starts up.
I've scanned with AVG/Norton and did a online scan from Trend Micro.
I also ran Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Ad-Aware and Spybot.
All came up clean.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003 twice as well as created a new
data file.

Anyone have any ideas where I can go from here.

Thanks

Did you check sounds in the control panel?
