I am using Word as my email editor and something bizarre seems to have
happened to my email template. whenever I create a new email the font
changes to all caps and bold. Help says to change this open a new email then
select Tools|Options|General|EmailOptions|Personal Stationary and change the
fonts accordingly. This I do and all is ok until I next lauch Outlook when
the Fonts revert.

I am crazy trying to fix it even deleting the Email.Dot file but to no
avail.

Can someone please shed some light in my darkness?
