Hi,
we're using Outlook 2002 as client on Exchange. Whenever an email arrives it
can take up to about 30 minutes until it is shown in the incoming mail
windows. However if we point to an email in this folder it is shown
immediately. On old Outlook 2000 all emails were shown right away.
How can I change this? We used email for in-house communication where 30
minutes are too much :-)

It's probably your local firewall software. If you're using Windows XP, add
an exception for outlook.exe. If you're using another firewall, you need to
consult their help/support.

Sounds like you have an issue with UDP packets being blocked:
