When I right click to save an image in an email, it will only save as a .bmp.
I need to use it as a .jpeg or a .gif. How can I fix this?

Clear your internet explorer temp file cache.....go to control panel,
internet options, and choose 'delete files'

The two most common causes are too many temp files- clear them out as
Lanwench says, and another common cause is low disk space.
