Close Outlook, rename the outcmd.dat file to outcmd.dat_old, then open
Outlook to see if that helps.

It just occurred to me that this may have started happening after one of two
recent changes with respect to Outlook. I recently started using an OST and
I recently upgraded to ActiveSync 4.1. Any thoughts?
