One of my users has a problem. Her email seems to delete from her inbox
after being read. When she is connected to the network normally there
is no problem. it only seems to occurs when she is dialed into our
citrix server. I have checked for rules and filters and there are none
set up. Her view is set properly as well. No one else has this problem.
Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Make sure she has View>Arrange By>Current View>Messages selected and not
Unread Messages.

Thank you. However, that was the first thing I checked and it was set
properly.

I'd have suggested something else, then, had you stated what you'd checked
already.

Start Outlook in Safe Mode (i.e., with the /safe command line switch) and
see if the problem still occurs.  If not, then she has some add-in causing
the problem.
