Using Outlook 2000.  Trying to configure an add-in address book.  Directions
are to go to Tools | Services.  However, I don't have a Services option.
Checked & I am setup as an IMO.

Any ideas would be great.

What address book service? Most likely it won't work with IMO because IMO
doesn't support MAPI.
You can always switch if you want.
For information on choosing a mail support mode or changing to the other
mail support mode, look here:

Sorry,  This is the Act add-in.  Add-in is painless for Outlook 2002 & other
Outlook 2000 systems.  Just on this system, I don't have the 'Services'
option on my Tools menu.   That would be my main question.

And as Russ implied, the "Services" item doesn't exist on the Tools menu for
Outlook 2000 installed in Internet Mail Only mode.  Instead you have the
Accounts menu item.  If you want the Services menu, you'll have to convert
to Corporate/Workgroup mode as described in the document Russ cited, and in

Changed settings to Corporate, still don't have 'Services' option.

Not possible. You either didn't change modes correctly or aren't using
Outlook 2000.
