So you work bans your access to Hotmail and you think they really want you
downloading attachments from your Hotmail account to your, oops, *THEIR*
hosts?  They block Hotmail access, and probably many other webmail services,
for good reason.  They demand via their company policies that you use their
resources for you to perform work-related communications.  Check with your
IT department.  They monitor their network and could easily alert on you
connecting to Hotmail or downloading files using packet sniffers and you end
up jeopardizing your employment there.  If it is a legitimate work-related
need then ask your IT dept. on how to do it.

What is an Outlook "frame"?
