I'm using a Dell 4700C, Windows XP Professional, Internet Explorer 6.0. I am unable to send or receive mail in Microsoft Outlook. The most mail providers have tutorials on their websites how to configure mail clients (POP- and SMTP-Server et cetera). See if your provider have such a tutorial and configure your Outlook according as this description. If then Outlook doesn't work yet, poste again and tell us the error messages you are receiving.
