Hi Meadow,

tis is a little bit less information to help you.

What Outlook version?
Do you use Exchange or Outlook as Personal Folder?
Do you want to use hotmail or is it another provider?

Some general help is on this site:

I use Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 SP2

Part of Microsoft Office Basic edition 2003

I use Outlook as Personal Folder.

I don't want to use hotmail, I just want to be able to use Microsoft
Outlook.

The most mail providers have tutorials on their websites how to
configure mail clients (POP- and SMTP-Server et cetera). See if your
provider have such a tutorial and configure your Outlook according as
this description.
If then Outlook doesn't work yet, poste again and tell us the error
messages you are receiving.
