when i get an email from my boss, it automatically goes to the deleted files
folder. his address is sales@ so i assume it has made it to a junk senders
type of a list but i can't find his address on any of my lists. anyone have
any ideas? please let me know specific directions if you can help. I have
outlook that was installed with Office XP. Thanks to all.

Outlook 2002 does not delete messages based on the settings in either the
Junk Senders or the Adult Content Senders list unless you have explicitly
added a rule that performs that deletion.  Check your rules wizard.
