Can't open messages

I have Outlook 2003. After installing and removing Norton Systemwork
2006, some e-mails cannot be viewed in the viewing pane and also canno
be opened, while others are fine. I can get e-mails from some addresse
but not others. Any ideas what is causing this? Thanks

Does Outlook complain about anything missing when you start it?

No. There is no problem when starting up Outlook.

If you reinstall the Norton products temporarily, does the problem go away?
