Starting off with templates when replying to e mail

I want to use a template to when repkying to email. I cant get a template
into the reply pane without being thrown into word. This way i cut and paste
it back to the reply pane. How can i stay in the reply pane and insert a
template..thanks..

You might want to create your reply "templates" as signatures you can insert with Outlook or as Word AutoText if you use Word as your email editor.
