Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2003 connected to our company's Exchange 2003
server.
I'm trying to create a rule that will trigger only on mails that
arrive from people inside our organization, sent via Exchange. So what
I did is:
1. Apply this rule when the message arrives
2.Sender is in Global Address List (this is the company address book)
and On This Machine Only
3. Move a copy to a specified folder.
Outlook does not complain, but no messages are intercepted by this
rule.
I also tried to filter by 'sender address contain "@acme.com", but
this does not work as Exchange-only mails do not have any standard
headers like "From:".
What am I doing wrong here?
Thanks.

Try taking the opposite approach and use an exception of "except if sender
address contains" and use "@" for the specific words.

Excellent suggestion - it works!
Thanks.
