need help with outlook 2003 setup

i want outlook to send my emails when i click send all, i want my
email checked for incoming when i select sent/receive not when the app
starts, where is the setting?  tia

You will have to disable scheduled polling (of inbound mails) and disable
the send immediately option.  Where are these options depends on WHICH
version of Outlook you use that you did not mention.

In OL2002:

Tools -> Send/Receive Settings -> Define Send/Receive Groups -> disable
scheduling

Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup -> Send immediately
