Meeting Reminders don't pop up?

I have a user running Office 2003 and their meeting reminders don't pop up
when the reminder is suppose to show up on the screen. Can't seem to find
any help....

Are the events/appointments in your Calendar folder or some other
calendar-type folder?

They are in their regular calendar folder....... Just like they are suppose
to....

Have you tried starting Outlook with the /cleanreminders command line
switch?

Nope that didn't work....
