I have a client running outlook 2002. When he replies or forwards messages,
the attachments are removed.
This does not happen when he sends new messages.

Can someone help?

Thanks,
Rich hall

Replies are different to forwards. Look specifically at what happens in each
case rather than lump them together, their purposes are different.

Replies always will leave off attachments, forwards should retain them.  Do
the forwards have anything in common?  Message format (RTF perhaps)?  Same
recipient?  Same domain?  Same mail client?
