creating signatures using vc++

hi,

       i have to create add-in or something.
My main objective is creating a COM Add-in for MS Outlook using vc++

When ever there is a mail going to be sent,my signature has to be added when
the mail left for its destinaiton.

        how can i create that one using vc++

So why cannot you use the default OL sig process?
