So, here is my problem. I have a number of users who share their calendars
and then are imported into a group schedule. When a calendar is updated the
latency is around 5-10 minutes.

On the exchange server or outlook, how can I lessen the latency in updating
free/busy time in group schedule??

Thanks,
Robert

Are you sure that they are "imported into a group schedule"?  If so in
what way do you "import" them?

Have you tried adjusting the users' settings at Tools |Options | Calendar
options?

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
