One of our users has a strange problem...when he tries to print any email in
Outlook 2003 it closes. No error message. The document never makes it to
the printer's queue.
I have un/re-installed the printer's drivers. I have also run the Office
2003 Repair, but the problem remains.
I read something on Google Groups about an XPrint addin, but that addin is
not on his system (at least no in Outlook's Addin Manager).
Any ideas? This is just nuts.

FYI....the problem was an Outlook add-in called Spam Bully 3.
It had been working fine.... Evidentially it just freaked out.
Once this badly written software was removed, printing resumed as normal.

What kind of printer?
We've had all versions of SpamBully and they have worked quite nicely
for us.

It didn't seem to matter. We tried 4 different printers with the same
results....until we killed the bully.
