I have the exact issue you describe, other than I can print and see my
printers from some folders, but not others. I tried the Detect and Repair
and it moved what folders I could print from to different ones. My next
thought is to go back as you alluded to and see what happens if I change my
default fonts to RTF?

Ok- to take this a step further. Any message that I receive in HTML format
has my printers grayed out. If it was received as Plain Text, it is fine?
Anyone from the MVP program out there want to comment?
thanks!
