Hi all...

On our network at work we have a handful of users that are unable to
set signature options.  They are greyed out for these users.  We set,
through policy, RTF format for email and prevent word from being used
as the default editor.  I have checked security on files and folders,
removed and recreated profiles, and still have no change.  Any
suggestions would be appreciated.  I have seen other posts on this
topic, most related to using word as the editor, none of which I can
find that have a solution to the problem we are having.  Again, thank
you for your time.

What version of Outlook? Exactly what policies did you set?
