Outlook Automatically Deleting Messages?

I have a user(OL 2002) that is having seemingly random e-mails sent,
unread, to her deleted items folder. I checked her rules, and while
she has quite a few, all rules send "junk" mail to her Junk Mail
folder, so I'm unsure as to where the problem is occuring.

Any suggestions?

If she's scanning incoming mail with an antivirus scanner, she should
disable that feature.
