I don't know if I'm posting this to the right area, but this is the problem
I'm having.
For one of my users when a new email hits her mailbox, Outlook 2000 shuts
down, without any error message, this is happening at no given time, there's
no pattern or anything like that.  We currently used Exchange 2000 on a small
business server.  Can anyone help me with me problem?.

Many Thanks in advance

What do you mean by "a new mail hits her mailbox" - what mail account types
are set up in this mail profile? Don't mix Internet mail and Exchange in the
same profile - not supported in Outlook 2000 and earlier. (and not optimal
even in 2002/2003).

That said, is Outlook/Office fully patched? SP level is ? Have you tried a
detect & repair?
