what is the pop3 for hotmail and yahoo email?

i want to configure my yahoo and hotmail email, but i have followed the
directions and there is a request for a password, i enter the pass and it
comes again ask for the pass.

Do they offer pop access on their free service? I don't think so.

Both Hotmail and yahoo.com require PAID accounts in order to be able
to access them in Outlook. Hotmail is NOT a POP account, it is an HTTP
account.
