I have recently downloaded the above add-in from the Microsoft website:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=8B081F3A-B7D0-4B16-B8AF
-5A6322F4FD01&displaylang=en

Although it seems to work OK, every time I start Outlook I now get a message
that says: "Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 SMS Add-in requires Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003 Service Pack 1 or later to run".

What should I now be doing?!

What service pack *are* you running for Outlook/Office? They're up to SP2
now - I'd install it.

Don't know!  I only installed it c 2 months ago so assumed it was fully up
to date. How can I check?

Help | About (in Outlook or any other office app you installed).

Then go here:

just go to office update and let it check - it'll tell you if you need
anything.
