MS Office Forum / Outlook / New Users / February 2006Can't Open Attached Emails
A user running Outlook XP is receiving the following error "Outlook cannot open this message. A newer version, such as Outlook 2003 or later, is required to open this message." The email contains a further attached email with a Word document enclosed, but the weird thing is that if I forward the attached email to the user then they can read it and open the Word document.
