Hello,

We are running SBS 2003,  I want to add delegates for a mailbox.  In Outlook
XP, when I go to Tools | Options and click on the Delegates tab the add
button is grayed out.  On the server users have been added under mailbox
rights.  What have I missed?

Thanks...

Check if the outlook client is offline - that's typically why the Add button
is grey
