Hi Everyone,

I am using Outlook 2003 with POP3 account.

I would like to set up a rule, which will apply only to Items in my Deleted
Folder.
- Any Item older than 6 months should be permanently deleted.

Is this possible at all?

Thanks

Andy

No I dont think you can do that and if you could it wouldn't run
automatically, you could also try setting up a Archive for this folder that
would permanently Delete after 6 months. To get into the archive settings
for this folder then right click on it and select Properties || Auto
Archive.

Not via a rule, but this is exactly one of the features of AutoArchive.
