my inbox do not catch all the mails

Thru my 'Outlook' I can't  get all the e-mails sent to my address. I have to
access my msn e-mail imbox outside the outlook to check my mail.
How can I fixed?

provided you have a paid account, download the outlook connector from the
msn member center.
