Hello,

We have migrated to Outlook 2003 + Microsoft Exchange V6.0.6603.0

When we had Outlook 2002, I could create a metting, set availability to "out
of office" and this we activate the "out of office" auto reply when i
receive mails.
Since we came to Outlook 2003 it does not work any more. :-(

Is it a known bug ? something that we can't do anymore ? an error in my
outlook settings ? Do you have a solution ?

Nota : I have absolutly no access to the Exchange server, I only have
Outlook with basic user rights...

thanks in advance !

Outlook never had the ability to set the Out of Office reply when setting a
meeting to Out.  You probably had a third party solution installed that did
this for you in Outlook 2002 but it may not be working in 2003 version.  I
would ask your Exchange admin or the Network admin if such a tool had been
installed.  It may also have been a program that someone wrote to accomplish
this.
