I am trying to import a CSV file I exported from another application into my
Outlook XP Calendar. It goes through the motions, no errors, but nothing
shows up. I can import the same CSV file into access ok, when I try to
import the data from access into outlook - still nothing.

I can add appointments fine

ran detect and repair - ok

Is there a policy or permission that I should check for?

I would try making a few contact records in Outlook and then export them to
Excel - compare that output with your .csv file and massage yours
accordingly.

Thanks - the time was being imported as a text field. I changed it to time
format and corrected the entries and everything worked fine

Thanks again
