We are running Exchange server 2000 and clients ruin Outlook 2002 or
2003. We have approximately 15 users and about 5 of them have "large"
mailboxes. Currently we have never turned on Mailbox Manager within
Exchange.
We would like to have software that, either in conjunction with M
ailbox Manager or not,on a scheduled or manual basis, archives emails
(& attachments) into a searchable format for later use. We would like
to search for sender, date, content etc. We have SQL server & Access if
there are any products that use these databases.
We are hoping there is a free software or add-in for either Exchange or
Outlook that we could use for this purpose. Otherwise, we are willing
to pay for third-party but looking for something reasonably priced
since most of what we have found is for large corporate use.
