i have a question , my office is using exchange 2003 , a most user is using
outlook2003 or outlook2002
but have a little bit is using outlook express , can i import outlook 2003
address book to outlook express

Not directly.
You must export your Contacts Folder (Outlook has no Address Book) to a
format OE can import.
Most people use CSV.

You can either export your contacts to Outlook Express using a .csv file or
you can modify the registry to make the Windows Address Book used by Outlook
tap into your Outlook contacts directly. The key for that is the DWORD
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4\UseOutlook set to 1
