We have a new voice messaging system that will trigger an email
whenever a new message comes in, with that message as a .wav
attachment. I would like to play my messages directly inside of
outlook (right now, you have to open the wav attachment in whatever the
designated MIME program is for audio, which can be very slow).
Is anyone aware of any add-ins or other workarounds that would allow
for simple (play, stop) audio controls inside emails what have .wav
attachments?
Thanks in advance,
John

Check with your VM vendor. Cisco Unity, for example, provides the ViewMail
app to do just that. It gets installed on each desktop...
