how to resend a msg

The help fime of outlook says that to resend a msg, go to "Action" menu and
select "Resend this msg". However, there is no such command on my action
menu!!
Any suggestions

Are you opening the message fully?
Are you using Outlook? If so, what version and mail account type?

Are you also opening the message from your sent items folder?

Double-click on the mail item to open it in its own window. The Resend menu
item is not available when using preview mode. You must actually open the
item for the Resend menu item to appear.
