can someone help me please? i have never used outlook, how do i set up an
account to send emails with attachment? is it free? i dont know much about
internet. thanks

Your ISP will give you an email account (or several) and instructions for
setting up mail in Outlook or Outlook Express. Contact your ISP or check
their website for instructions - many ISPs will have detailed instructions
with screenshots for newbies.
