HELP Outlook 2002 Shuts Down on Windows XP Media Edition Laptop

Hello,

I have a new Windows XP Media Edition laptop and after installing
Outlook 2002 it won't run. It seems to open but when it gets to the
End User License Agreement screen it shuts down without even giving me
an error message. I did activate the software and that seemed to go
okay. What is going on?? I need Outlook 2002 to sync with my PDA.
