Junk E-mail folder - is there a way to create a rule to delete items in this folder older than X days?

Is it possible to configure the Junk E-mail folder to automatically and
permanently delete items older than 30 days?

You can use the AutoArchiving to do that. Right click on the folder, choose
Properties and go to the AutoArchive tab
