How do I change the view so that I don't see Saturday and Sunday combined at the right after Friday? Sunday|Monday|Tuesday|Wednesday|Thursday|Friday|Saturday. Office Outlook 2003. Windows XP Thanks for the prompt service! Is there a way to colour text in the Subject field of an Event item? If I highlight that text, Format/font is greyed out. The subject only? No. In a day/week/month view, you can set the background color label for any appointment. In a table view, you can use Automatic Formatting rules to set the color of the entire line for an appointment meeting your criteria.
