I have a customer that tried to recall a message from Outlook. After
the recall message was sent, the customer started getting hundreds of recall
failure notices. The failure notice is exactly the same every time and just
says that the recall failed. Anyone with any ideas on how to make this stop
would be my hero!
Thanks in advance,
LH

I forgot to mention, he's on Outlook 2002 and he's using POP3 with a .pst
file.
Thanks

Is the item that was recalled still in the users sent items?

No, he deleted the message and the recall and then emptied his deleted items
folder.
