Vanishing E-mails

Hi,
My sister has E-mailed me saying that on her new computer has
Outlook (definitely not Outlook Express) installed and that her
received E-mails seem to vanish after a week.

Please can someone tell me what to tell my sister to do to stop this
happening?

Have her turn on the Advanced Toolbar and use the dropdown to reset the view
from "Last 7 days" to "messages."
