Hi, when I right click on my Deleted Items folder or my "Junk E-mail" I have the option to "empty" the folder, however, in my "Spam" folder, like all the other folders I created, I don't have that option. But I want that option. I would greatly appreciated any help with this. Thank you, Gordy Outlook does not create a "Spam" folder. It creates Junk Mail folders. You may have a third party software that does this - in that case, apply your suggestion to the makers of that software. Gordy > No. > [quoted text clipped - 27 lines] > ||| > ||| Gordy The reason for Junk E-mail and Deleted Items mail folders have the 'Empty Junk E-mail Folder' and 'Empty Delete Items Folder' in the pop-up context menu is that Microsoft programmed it that way in Outlook 2003. The Junk E-mail and Deleted Items mail folders are designated mail folders in Outlook.
