In outlook 2003 if you set a rule to print a bunch of emails or if you
highlight 15 emails where some have attachments and some do not it
prints all the emails first then the attachments at the back, out of
order.  Is there any way to get them to print in order?  So It goes
-email1-email2-attachment to 2nd email-email3-email4
