Reminders stopped working when data files were moved

My data files were moved from one server to another and then the reminders,
for both tasks and calender ceased to work. Is there something about moving
the files that can cause this?

First thing to try is to open Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command
line switch to see if it helps. Check out this article for more info:
