MS Outlook 2003 very slow

Hi

I am having a problem with opening Outlook 2003, it opens very slow like it
is freezing up. Tried restarting, has Office 2003 SP2 installed. There are
no Antivirus scanning or backgrounbd services. I am having the problem just
with Outlook and not the other Office 2003 Programs.

Please Help

try outlook /safe if it works diable any addins associate with outlook
