Accesing OE via wifi/out and about

I need to find a way to access OE when I am out and about, ie usin
another modem/router via wifi or alternatively when I connect via bl
tooth using my phone.
I understand that I need to dial into my server directly. Does anyon
know how I can do this.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
