Has anyone out there ever had a problem in setting up the Microsoft Outlook
Email accounts. Or is this feature a flaw in the package?

I have never had a problem setting up accounts in Outlook following the
directions of my ISP.  Nor have I had problems using Exchange server either.
You seem to be one of the special ones.

Or, did you want to actually post some information about what troubles you
are having rather than just complaining and looking for some metoos!
