find and delete the *.srs file and the outcmd.dat file. When you recreate
profiles, always choose a unique name for the profile, otherwise it may use
a corrupt file from the old profile.

I tried to erase outcmd.dat and the srs file and recreate a new outlook
profile with a new pst
file but the problem is still there.
I got that problem on each logon profile on this computer for different
outlook profile and pst file (even new one).
I suspect a problem with my registry or a windows system file ???

Finally I found something really strange, Outlook crash only when I
select item in a drop down list with the mouse. If I make a selection
with the arrow on the keyboard, outlook didn't crash. That issue seems
to be related to outlook because I have tried the
same kind of selection in Excel or Word and there is no crash.
