Outlook 2003

On the first computer, I delete an email message called Deleted Message.
Deleted Message is deleted on the server because
I have set the "Remove from server when deleted from Deleted Items".

On a second computer, I receive email.
Deleted Message is still present on the second computer.

How do I have the second computer synch with the mail server.
Specifically, is there a synch command which says see
if Deleted Message in the Inbox still exists on the server.
If Deleted Message does not exist on the server,
remove it from the Inbox or Inbox subfolders.

Thank you for any feedback.

No, POP3 mailboxes don't work that way. Once a message is downloaded,
Outlook doesn't keep checking to see if it's on the server.

Thank you for the feedback Vince.

Is there a plugin to Outlook which will force Outlook to reconcile with the
mail server?

POP mail doesn't work that way.  If your ISP offered IMAP connection, then
you could accomplish what you wish.
