Can't update Outlook2003--MVP help please

I have been having a problem getting any updates for office 2003. I got
the
following were unable to be installed:

Security Update for Excel 2003 (KB905756)
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB913161)
Update for Outlook 2003 (KB913807)

After a reboot or a fresh boot doesn't matter

Any ideas as to why I suddenly can't get these to install?

If you download the individual patch files and run them, do any error
messages pop up? Those might help in diagnosing your issue

Try putting your office install cd in your cd-rom. This is what helped me
with these three updates. All other updates I do not have to put the cd in
the drive, but for these three for some reason it was required.

CD doesn't make a difference. Still no go.

What error messages do you get when installing the downloaded patch(es)?
